It's stressful to be a student. But thankfully, Jewish tradition emphasizes prioritizing wellness, and comes with rich practices and wisdom to guide our efforts. That's why SF Hillel is committed to providing students with events, tools, and resources to support our students' physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, financial, occupational and social wellness.

Our Wellness Events

Check our calendar to take advantage of our free wellness-focused events. Check in with caring friends at Bagel Club, join a yoga session, or walk through Golden Gate Park. And every Friday, Judaism delivers us a wellness ritual that's a few thousand years old – we'd love to have you pause your week and welcome Shabbat with us!
