Description: Adventure Track is for students that are excited to promote travel opportunities to their peers and are good at managing multiple moving tasks. You’re excited by the opportunity to help design and recruit for immersive experiences like Birthright-Israel trips, Perspectives Tour, or Alternative Breaks. You’ love to connect students on your campus to experiences that will help them learn more about the world and themselves. You have a good understanding of your campus and know where to find the best candidates for our trips. As a participant of the Adventure Track, you’ll help with the behind-the-scenes work it takes to recruit and approve trip participants, design itineraries, host pre-trip orientations, and provide post-trip reunions so participants get the most out of their experience.
Requirements:
You’ll be successful if: you use your strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks to manage all the prep work that goes into organizing and recruiting for immersive experiences. You’re not afraid to reach out to potential participants and convince them to sign up for the adventure of a lifetime. You’re accountable and responsive, using your expert communication skills to get tasks done.
Stipend: Each Adventure Track participant who successfully completes their track requirements will receive a stipend of $250 per semester.
Ideal Candidate Profile: as an organized person, you understand that lots of tiny tasks need to happen behind-the-scenes to make an adventure come together. You're also persuasive, and can help fellow students realize SF Hillel's trips are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, not to be missed!

Requirements:
- Design Tribe Retreats: Adventure Track participants agree to attend a mandatory on-boarding retreat (date TBD, August 2019) and a mandatory mid-year retreat (date TBD, January 2020). Travel and accommodations will be provided by SF Hillel.
- National Retreat: Adventure Track participants agree to attend national retreat hosted by in Las Vegas in Spring 2020.Travel and accommodations will be provided by SF Hillel
- Local Engagement Retreat: Adventure Track participants agree to attend Engagement Institute – a mandatory retreat (August 7th-9th, August 2018). Travel and accommodations will be provided by SF Hillel.
- Mentorship meetings: Adventure Track participants agree to schedule and attend one cohort meeting per month, as well as one mentorship meeting per month.
