ICC Fellow
ICC Fellows will focus on building strong personal relationships with influential people on campus and effective pro-Israel coalitions at their schools. Fellows will foster collaboration among representatives from various groups on campus. 

Expectations: The ICC Fellow will be supervised by ICC staff and mentored by SF Hillel through Design Tribe.

To apply, please first apply to Design Tribe. After your interview, you will apply for the ICC Fellowship through ICC.

Trainings/Commitments: 
  • Attend mandatory fall and spring leadership retreats. More details to follow.
  • ICC Training: Attend an all-expenses-paid leadership training seminar with the ICC
  • Mentorship meeting: 1 hour, 1-on-1 supervision meeting every month with your ICC and/or Hillel mentor, where you will receive personal and professional development.

You’ll be successful if: you implement ICC campus initiatives throughout the academic year, stay in regular communication with ICC professionals, attend regular training webinars run by ICC, assist your local Hillel in submitting ICC funding requests, activate personal networks on campus and work with ICC staff in response to significant anti-Israel activity, and identify and build meaningful relationships with student leaders that are representative of the campus community.

Stipends: Each ICC Fellow who successfully completes their track requirements will receive a stipend of $500 per semester.

Mishelanu IAC Fellow
The Mishelanu IAC Fellow is an Israeli-American student who will work as part of a national campus program through the Israeli-American Council to provide a community for Israeli-American students. By exploring and strengthening their Israeli-American & Jewish identity through culture, language, heritage, and a strong connection to Israel, they’ll develop their leadership and entrepreneurship skills.

Expectations: The Mishelanu Fellow will be supervised by IAC staff and mentored by SF Hillel through Design Tribe.

Trainings/Commitments: 
  • Attend mandatory fall and spring leadership retreats. More details to follow.
  • Regional Retreats: Mishelanu Fellows must attend two regional retreats throughout the academic year, the first in the Fall: Sept. 11-13 (dates subject to change)
  • IAC Conference: Mishelanu Fellows must attend the annual IAC Conference (date TBD, organized by IAC.)
  • Mentorship meeting: 1 hour, 1-on-1 supervision meeting every month with your Mishelanu and/or Hillel mentor, where you will receive personal and professional development.

You’ll be successful if: you organize a minimum of two on-campus Israeli cultural experiences per semester, recruit a micro-community of Israeli-Americans, promote IAC Mishelanu programs through tabling and outreach, fill out necessary Mishelanu reports.build meaningful relationships with student leaders that are representative of the campus community.

Stipends: Each Mishelanu Fellow who successfully completes their track requirements will receive a stipend of $400 at the conclusion of each semester.

STANDWITHUS EMerson Fellow
The Emerson Fellow works as a representative for StandWithUs to recruit, train, educate, and inspire their pro-Israel peers to become leaders on campus. StandWithUs Emerson Fellows form a network of trained pro-Israel student leaders, chosen from over 40 campuses, who utilize their skills and energy to drive and inspire their peers to run effective pro-Israel events and bring Israel’s message to their campuses.

Expectations: The Emerson Fellow will be supervised by SWU staff and mentored by SF Hillel through Design Tribe.

Trainings/Commitments: 
  • Attend mandatory fall and spring leadership retreats. More details to follow.
  • National Retreats: Emerson Fellows agree to attend a Training Seminar in Southern CA in August 2019 and January 2020.
  • Mentorship meeting: 1 hour, 1-on-1 supervision meeting every month with your SWU and/or Hillel mentor, where you will receive personal and professional development.

You will be successful if: 
You use your dynamic personality and influence to get your friends excited about the tools made available to you through the Israel Interest Track and StandWithUs. You'll scale sample program ideas to fit your campus, and help recruit interested people to help you execute your great ideas. You know how to rally folks together to stand up for what you feel is right, and you use your expert communication skills to win hearts and minds, whether you're tabling or writing an op-ed.

Stipends: Each Emerson Fellow who successfully completes their track requirements will receive a stipend of $1000 at the conclusion of the academic year.
